New Clients:

  • If you have taken any prescription topical products (Differin, Retin-A, Clindamycin, Epiduo, etc...) you MUST discontinue use for a minimum of two weeks prior to your appointment.
  • If you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (over 18) at your first appointment.
  • We ask that you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes early to all scheduled appointments allowing yourself adequate time to complete necessary paperwork, use the restroom, and change.

Cancellation or Rescheduling:

24-hour notice is required for any cancellations or requests to reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the original service cost.

No-Show Policy:

If you no-show for an appointment for any reason, you will be charged 50% of the original service cost.

Late Policy:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment there is no guarantee your service can be performed. If our schedule does not allow your appointment time to be pushed back, the Cancellation or Rescheduling fees may apply.

Fragrance Policy:

Please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or any other scented product when coming in for an appointment. It is essential to accommodate staff and clientele who are sensitive to fragrances.

Isotretinoin (Accutane) Treatment Policy:

Desthetics does NOT perform treatments on clients who are taking, or have taken, Accutane or any other Isotretinoin in the past 9 months. Clients who have previously taken accutane or any other Isotretinoin at any point must complete our Accutane (Isotretinoin) waiver prior to any treatment treatment.

Health Policy:

We will not perform services on anyone who is currently, or in the past 48 hours, exhibited any cold or flu symptoms or has an infection of any kind, for the health and wellness of our staff and other clients. We ask that if you have a cold, fever, viral infection or feel as though one is coming on, please cancel and reschedule your appointment. If you have a cold, infection, virus or similar illness, when you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and the Cancellation or Rescheduling fees may apply.
